Lerner Family Properties is a family owned and operated commercial real estate company located in Miami, Florida.   We hold and manage a unique portfolio of properties in the Miami area, particularly in the Wynwood Arts District where the family history in real estate started in the 1950’s.

Morris and Fela Lerner moved to The United States from Germany after surviving the Holocaust and made their home in Miami. Morris, a man that could fix anything, started his new life buying and repairing old industrial sewing machines at his first place of business in a warehouse district that is known today as Wynwood. Morris became well-known in the neighborhood as a businessman, friend, community organizer, and real estate owner. Being so fond of the neighborhood, Morris invested for his family in properties there, of which the family still holds onto today.

Morris and Fela Lerner are survived by their beloved children, Esther and Irving Lerner, who operate the family business today.  The Lerner family continues to be supporters of the Wynwood neighborhood, and focus their efforts in developing, leasing and managing their properties with the neighborhood's unique interests in mind.
